I love Bible Studies. Over the past decade, I've found so many amazing ones that I've shared with friends and family. Here are a few of my favorites, where to find them and why I love them.

Find Your People

I love all studies from Jennie Allen and this was the first one I did from her. This study was a catalyst into me realizing that I needed my "tribe" of women of faith and ultimately led me on a journey to seek friends in my 40s and 50s. It reminded me that we are made for connection.

Jesus and Women

I did this study last fall with my church and it is SO GOOD! This study gives such rich context to the first century world when Jesus walked the earth. It is such an amazing reminder that Jesus took many opportunities to raise women from shame into glory.

This is a brand new book and study from Lisa Harper. I love her southern charm that shines through in her work. This book is filled with biblical theology. As I grow in my spiritual maturity, it's books like this that give me more insight into the words in the Bible and how to live them every day.

When You Pray

This 6 week study has 6 different amazing women teach each week's lesson. I love this study so much as it helped me grow in my prayer life, which is crucial in our daily walk. These lessons gave me better understanding of not only what prayer is but truly what it was designed for.

Untangle Your Emotions

Surprise, surprise but another from Jennie Allen. This book helps recognize that we need to FEEL our emotions and how intertwined where we've been is with our faith. This study was a great one with other women and allowed us to share and heal.

Uninvited

This is from Lysa Terkhurst and it was the study that started it all! I was feeling lonely and unworthy of so many things especially friends. I didn't realize the toll it had taken on me and I felt lost. This book and study really reminded me that I am chosen by God for great things in this life. She's another one of my faves.
